Everything a static site needs comes wired in: blog setup, sitemaps, static page search, documentation sites, SEO, Open Graph tags, headers and footers, and mobile design. All of it is handled with Tailwind CSS, so you go from zero to a shippable site fast.

Built to replace the very expensive co-parenting app I'd used for years, and my first app built entirely with an AI agent: I didn't write a single line of code myself. A complete multi-tenant SaaS with payments and multi-calendar support. Launched, no customers, shut down. Building it was the catalyst for Learn Agentic Coding in 2 Days.

Android starter kit for Jumpstart Pro: the Android implementation and full setup for Hotwire for Android. It gave the application Jetpack Compose, Android notifications, and more, while integrating with Hotwire for HTML hybrid-based applications to enable native where you need it.

Payment infrastructure for the agent economy: verified crypto payments against invoices, with an x402 gateway for AI agent payments. Shelved in July 2026: the code didn't fail, the thesis did.

The product worked and we had multiple investors interested, but the hostile US environment for cryptocurrency software at the time, plus the costs and regulations, made it unviable. We shut it down. My co-founder went on to start and run his own successful token years later.

Peer-reviewed paper evaluating relational and NoSQL database architectures for managing genomic annotations (Yale). Read the paper.

Video tutorials for mobile engineers. Built a fully remote team of over 30 instructors worldwide, with video reviewers, operations managers, tech support, and more. But course revenue starts from zero every single month, and when life shifted (a divorce, and far less time than the business demanded), I made the hard call to shut it down.

Big-data analysis of real-time outbreak data. The application was acquired, and I made zero from it.

Co-hosted with Kaushik Gopal, Fragmented became the world's number one Android developer podcast for over five years, even more popular than Google's own Android Backstage for a number of years. I left in 2022 to pursue new endeavors.

This was the breeding ground for my mobile development education, all self-taught, and the precursor to working on apps like Groupon, MyFitnessPal, and many other worldwide successes. It made money through AdSense early on, and the apps got me noticed by Verizon, who asked me to build apps for the Verizon Droid campaign.

.NET video tutorials for DimeCasts.net, each 10 minutes or less, hence the word dime. Made a little money.

Medical industry software: EHR, mobile, and more. Shut down.

Barcode scanning technology. Launched, never gained traction.

My first info product: an ebook over 100 pages long detailing how to land a position in the .NET field. Many of the principles and practices still apply today because it's mainly about personal branding, marketing, and being the best in your field.

Lead reselling for debt consolidation products. This is the first product I created after reading The 4-Hour Workweek.

Lifestyle clothing brand. Took a loss and made nothing.

Managed websites for the band Authority Zero and for Atlantic Records.

Built the band's first tour routing application to facilitate logistics across various tour scenarios. This was before the major tour routing applications were widely available. An early precursor to the industry-standard tools that came later.

Independent record label. I managed multiple nationwide touring acts, with artists performing on the Warped Tour, Lollapalooza, and many other festival events, including SXSW and Coachella. Several acts went on to draw signing offers from larger labels, including Warner Brothers Records and Capitol Records. Closed in 2008 after exhausting $250K of total investment, without ever turning a profit.

Web development and network infrastructure consulting. Built the custom content management systems that powered multiple band websites and tour logistics tools, before anything like WordPress existed.

Responsible for the Arizona promotions team.
